QUALITY AND SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY POLITICS

Apuania Corsi’s direction strategic decision to adopt a social responsibility quality system has been dictated by the conviction that the satisfaction of its own employees and its own clients is the fundamental element to consider for guaranteeing the good business course in terms of efficiency, effectiveness of the trials and ethicality of behaviours.

Whole Apuania Corsi hocking to guarantee the application of a system for the pursuit of the followings objective:

	absolute prohibition of childish job and forced job
	total respect of the laws on the safety of the job, hygiene and accidents prevention system
	association’s right support and own workers collective bargaining
	employees liberty and dignity respect, prohibition of any coercion, verbal offenses and not, what they are set as injurious of the personal dignity of the workers
	abstention from any practice that you involve the exercise of tied up discriminations to the race, to the sex, to the religious opinions and politics, to the social class and the age
	guarantee of a dignified salary and respect of correct job schedule defined by the legislative and contractual dispositions
	undertake to conform you to all the current national and other laws and to respect of international tools listed by the norm SA8000.
	undertake continuous improvement with the purpose to protect and to respect your workers
	undertake to use suppliers that full share the requisites of the present norm SA8000
	constant diminution of ineffectiveness in productive process
	continue improvement of the product and the service, with the consequent diminution of the client claims
	constant determination in the search and elimination of the not conformity and of their causes
	constant improvement of the business image
	continuous formation of own employees through activity of sensitization and involvement
	favor the knowledge and understanding of the principles of the present politics to all the business levels, promoting the diffusion of the contents of the Norm SA8000 and ISO 9001 and resorting to the tools foreseen by the system of management realized.
	To assure that the present Politics is inclusive, effected and sustained to all the business levels and from all the collaborators, the Board of Administration has put the following initiatives into effect: - Implementation of a System of management Quality and conforming social responsibility respectively to the norms EN ISO 9001-2000 and SA8000-2001 in the primary objective to continuously improve performances; - Exposure in vision to the whole personnel of a copy of the present Politics - Periodic monitoring of the two systems activated through fit and suitable tools - Continuous personnel formation and sensitization - Information and communication to the interested parts regarding the defined objectives and reached - Monitoring of the suppliers I continue regarding the requisite SA8000 and to the offered performances.
